The bottom plate is made of manganese steel,Wear resistant and durable.Stamping pressure, temperature and dwell time can be digitally adjusted. The stable pressure ensures clear patterns, sharp edges and firm color, supporting various processes such as hot stamping, embossing, creasing and debossing

2:Equipped with front push gauge and left/right push gauge,and adopts downward air suction and paper clamping functions highly improved the stamping accurate,stamping precision within ±0.10mm and more convenient for users to adjust and use according to the needle position direction of the printed pull gauge

3:Up and down pull-out version design,the upper plate can be rotated 180 degrees, more convenient and easier to replace template. It is suitable for the adjustment of multiple stamping plates

3 :Paper Collecting Unit

1.The automatic paper collecting unit can receive finished products in order smoothly and neatly without frequent manual material receiving. It forms a complete automatic production line with the paper feeding unit, improving production efficiency and reducing labor cost.
