The JIGUO TMY-1060 heavy-duty automatic three-in-one machine integrates hot foil stamping, concave-convex embossing and die cutting in one single unit, equipped with ultra-large 900-ton working pressure, specially developed for high-grade packaging finishing with deep embossing, thick paper die-cutting and large-area bronzing requirements.
Different from ordinary medium-pressure stamping machines, this heavy-duty structure delivers strong, uniform pressure across the whole plate surface, solving problems of shallow embossing, uneven foil transfer and incomplete die cutting that frequently occur on thick cardboard and rigid packaging materials.
